Heartland Dental Care has a strong commitment to Continuing Education for both their doctors and dental team members. We offer programs to enhance both clinical and communication skills.
Dentists have the opportunity to attend the following training courses as well as additional courses held throughout the year:
- Heartland Aesthetic Continuum (Pictures)
- Doctor Leadership
- The Heartland Experience (Pictures)
- Rotary Endo Training
- Doctor "Dental U"
- Invisalign Certification
- Conscious Sedation Training
Additional training previously offered to educate and motivate the team includes nationally renowned speakers such as Dr. Michael Koczarski, Dr. Ed Lowe, Dr. Gordon Christensen, Dr. Paul Homoly, Dr. Bill Dorfman, Dr. Kit Weathers, Dr. Michael Goldstein, Dr. William Rea, Steve Anderson and Coach Lou Holtz. Many of our doctors have also received training at the Las Vegas Institute and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum - Live (PAC-Live).
Team members can also expect to receive similar training to the doctors. We believe that educating the entire team so they can be aligned to achieve the same goals is critical. Part of the education process is teaching the team about patient care, customer service and communication.

The training programs offered have helped our doctors and team members become very proficient, cohesive teams. Our doctors have said they feel they receive their Dental MBA from the different training programs and continuing education offered by Heartland.
