Chad Thompson
Vice President of Administration

Mr. Thompson started with Heartland in February of 2000 as the company’s first Human Resources Manager. He managed Heartland’s HR and Payroll departments’ growth from supporting 250 team members to over 1,200 until he moved into his current role as of July 2005. He still oversees the Human Resources department as well as the Procurement, Doctor Recruiting, Education and Information Technology areas. His relationships with key vendors such as Henry Schein, Kodak, Danaher, Dentsply and Dentrix help keep Heartland in touch with the dental industry. He also serves as Heartland‘s Corporate Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Heartland, Mr. Thompson worked with Perry Judd’s Printing, Inc. in Baraboo, WI, and Quebecor World Printing in Flora, IL, and Trenton, TN. He graduated cum laude from Blackburn College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Minors in Economics and Industrial Psychology.
