Ms. McClain joined Heartland Dental Care in June of 1996. She brings more than 14 years of combined financial and operational experience to her role as Vice President of Operations.

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University and a certified instructor for The Institute at Heartland Dental Care, Ms. McClain currently works closely with a group of Heartland’s Regional Directors of Operations and Hygiene Directors as well as the Client Services division, which includes Client Administrators and the Accounts Receivable and Insurance Coordination teams.

Ms. McClain began her career at Heartland in the Accounting department, advancing to a Thrive Consultant, Accounts Receivable Manager and Director of Client Services. She spearheaded Heartland’s Transition team, where members help integrate new affiliates with Heartland and its operations, field and home office support teams. She also was instrumental in the development and implementation of Heartland’s internal measuring systems (MAPS).
