Prior to joining Heartland Dental Care in 1990, Donna Weir spent several years as an office manager and trainer for several other organizations. With 27 years experience in education and management, including 17 years in the dental industry, Ms. Weir is highly skilled in all facets of practice management with an emphasis on management programs, leadership and systems operations.

Committed to building and promoting professional as well as personal growth for all Heartland doctors and team members, Ms. Weir oversees the education department which is responsible for the development and implementation of new curriculums and trainings.

She works closely with HDC’s partnership and transitional offices to enhance operational systems and efficiencies.

With a degree in Business from Illinois State University and a Masters in MIS/Business Education from Western Illinois University, Ms. Weir is also a certified instructor for The Institute at Heartland Dental Care and for the Bell Leadership Institute.
