Heartland Dental Care recognizes the changing face of dentistry, and designed programs to help support dentists in whatever stage of the journey they may be experiencing.
For dentists who do not want the pressure or burden of ownership and prefer to "mentor" with a network of dentists, Heartland Dental Care offers employment opportunities throughout their entire organization. Enthusiastic and experienced support team members are also encouraged to explore the many career growth opportunities we have to offer.
Our Heartland Coaching program offers dentists and their teams the opportunity to learn and incorporate the many successful programs, protocol and communication skills that have made Heartland Dental Care the incredibly successful organization it is today. This program also enables dentists to retain total ownership of their practice.
Many dentists, however, prefer to capitalize on the equity they have built in their practice. The Affiliation model of our company allows dentists to sell their practice and continue to see patients and fulfill their desire to provide patient care instead of running the business.
Striking the balance between the Coaching program and the Affiliation model is our Partnership program. The Partnership program offers dentists who have a desire to grow their practice and/or expand their presence in their marketplace the opportunity to have an experienced, successful, and invested partner in this process.
