Dr. Liu joined Heartland Dental Care in the fall of 1999. He brings over 12 years of clinical and leadership expertise to his current role as Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Dr. Liu received his Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from University of Toronto. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University. In addition, he was granted Fellowship, and subsequently the prestigious Mastership award from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr.Liu established the Office of Clinical Affairs in 2008 to build clinical infrastructure within Heartland. He works closely with the Clinical Directors to develop clinical trainings, clinical systems and protocols. He also works with the Procurement and Education departments to keep Heartland in the forefront of clinical technologies. Furthermore, Dr. Liu leads the Clinical Advisory Board and serves on the Corporate Compliance Committee.
Dr. Liu is a frequent contributor to the Smiling Magazine and is a clinical technology and products evaluator for a number of dental supply companies. He is an active member of the Young Presidents/World Presidents Organization(YPO/WPO) and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Liu maintains a thriving practice in Wildwood, Missouri. He enjoys swimming, travel and quality time with his wife and 3 boys. |
